Flavio has nine years’ property industry experience in the provision of transaction and development advice to REITs, Government and the development and finance sectors. Flavio has advised on more than $12 billion in transaction value across more than 40 deals and has been involved in numerous development projects at feasibility, design and delivery phases.
Much of Flavio’s recent Real Estate transaction experience has involved institutionally owned residential and the delivery of integrated private, social and affordable residential and as an asset class – particularly in his recent work with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. Flavio is currently engaged on various multi-family projects at feasibility and transaction phases.
In November 2015, Flavio was published by the Architectural Sciences Association for his research paper on the Economic Benefit of Good Design by measuring the value of assets against architectural design fees. Flavio’s academic affiliation extends to the University of Sydney where he has been lecturing Building Economics since 2015 as part of the Masters in Architectural Science course.
Flavio also sits on the Property Council of Australia’s working group for the build-to-rent sector.
